Modern Influence is committed to providing quality apparel; therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are able to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order from the postal service. You will be issued an online store credit, that will be sent to you via email. Once your return is received please allow 72 hours for processing.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

Please note: We are not responsible for the care or condition of the items being shipped back to us, should they be damaged or lost during transit.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Any item purchased with store Credit will be a Final Sale and no exchange or returns will be available.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for an online credit.

Shipping

To return your item, please submit your return request via email to Moderninfluence7@gmail.com. Please include your full name, order number and the reason for your return in the body of your email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
